Features include a full 1-3/8′ thick wood door consisting of two 1/8′ thick compressed hardboard skins bonded to a heavy wood frame and polystyrene core. They have a rough-sawn exterior skin with a natural, deep-cut texture and the interior skin can be either rough-sawn or primed smooth hardboard. They are very cost effective, insulated doors with an R value of 6.8. Optional factory priming is available. They are available in virtually any size, and easily fitted to various job conditions, including an uneven floor profile.
